Olympus Peak 10 Tablets
✓ More than erection support. A 3-in-1 formula designed to support the sexual experience from arousal to erection to orgasm.
Olympus Peak combines Bremelanotide (PT-141), oxytocin and tadalafil in one rapid-dissolve tablet. Each ingredient has been studied for a different aspect of sexual function, creating an option for men interested in going beyond traditional erection-focused treatment.
Why Our Medical Team Chose to Offer Olympus Peak
Traditional ED medications primarily address blood flow. But male sexual function can involve much more than the physical mechanics of an erection.
Our medical team chose to offer Olympus Peak because it combines tadalafil's established erectile support with two additional ingredients studied for their potential roles in sexual response and orgasm.
Three ingredients. Three different parts of the sexual experience.
What's Inside Olympus Peak?
Bremelanotide, commonly called PT-141, is a peptide that works differently from traditional ED medications.
Rather than primarily targeting blood flow, PT-141 activates melanocortin receptors within the central nervous system that are involved in sexual response.
Clinical research in men has found measurable erectile responses following PT-141, including research involving men with erectile dysfunction and men who had not responded adequately to sildenafil.
Oxytocin — Potential Orgasm & Satisfaction Support
Oxytocin is a naturally occurring hormone released by the body during sexual activity and orgasm.
Research suggests oxytocin may influence the orgasmic and post-orgasmic experience. In a placebo-controlled study, oxytocin was associated with increased orgasm intensity and greater contentment after sex, with some effects appearing more pronounced in men. Men also reported greater sexual satiety afterward.
Research remains limited, so these effects aren't guaranteed—but its potential role in orgasm and sexual satisfaction is one reason oxytocin is included in Olympus Peak.
Tadalafil — Proven Erection Support
Tadalafil is a well-established PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction.
It increases blood flow to the penis, helping improve the ability to get and maintain an erection during sexual activity. Its effects can last for up to 36 hours, providing an extended window of erectile support.
Why Combine Them?
PT-141 approaches sexual response through the brain.
Tadalafil supports the blood flow necessary for erections.
Oxytocin has been studied for its potential effects on orgasm intensity and satisfaction.
Olympus Peak may be worth discussing with your provider if your goals extend beyond erection support alone.
When to Take Olympus Peak
Olympus Peak is designed for as-needed use before sexual activity. The rapid-dissolve tablet is placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve.
Take Olympus Peak only as prescribed. Your provider will determine whether the combination and dose are appropriate for you.

Side Effects
Potential side effects associated with the individual ingredients may include nausea, flushing, headache, dizziness, nasal congestion, indigestion, back or muscle pain, changes in blood pressure or heart rate and vision changes.
Bremelanotide may also cause hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin or gums) in some patients.
Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting longer than 4 hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain or other serious symptoms.
⚠️ Because Olympus Peak contains tadalafil, it must not be used with nitrate medications such as nitroglycerin, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions about Olympus Peak 10 Tablets
1. What is Olympus Peak, and what makes it different from standard ED medications?
Olympus Peak combines PT-141 (bremelanotide), oxytocin and tadalafil in one rapid-dissolve tablet.
While traditional ED medications primarily focus on blood flow and erections, the ingredients in Olympus Peak have been studied across different aspects of male sexual function—including erectile response, sexual response and orgasm.
2. What is PT-141, and what does it potentially do for men?
PT-141, also known as bremelanotide, is a peptide that works differently from traditional ED medications.
Instead of primarily targeting blood flow, it acts through melanocortin receptors in the central nervous system. Clinical research in men has demonstrated measurable erectile responses, including research involving men who had not responded adequately to sildenafil.
3. What can I do if Viagra® or sildenafil isn't working?
If sildenafil isn't giving you the results you expected, it doesn't necessarily mean you're out of options.
Timing, dose, other medications, underlying health factors and the type of sexual concern can all affect treatment response. There are also medications that work differently from sildenafil—including PT-141, which has been studied in men who had an inadequate response to sildenafil.
Your provider can help determine whether a different treatment approach makes sense.
4. Can sexual performance problems be about more than getting an erection?
Yes. An erection is only one part of male sexual function.
Desire, arousal, physical response, orgasm and overall satisfaction can all influence the sexual experience. That's why two men with similar erection concerns may have very different treatment goals.
5. Could oxytocin make orgasms feel stronger?
Possibly. Human research has associated oxytocin with increased orgasm intensity and greater contentment after sex, with some effects appearing more pronounced in men.
Research is still limited, but the potential relationship between oxytocin and the orgasmic experience is an interesting area of sexual-health research.
6. Does PT-141 increase libido or sexual desire in men?
PT-141 acts on melanocortin receptors in the brain involved in sexual response, which is very different from how traditional ED medications work.
Research in men has focused heavily on erectile and sexual response, and PT-141 continues to be studied for its potential role in male sexual function.
7. How quickly does Olympus Peak work, and how long does it last?
Olympus Peak is generally used about 30 minutes before sexual activity, as directed by your provider.
Because it contains tadalafil, one component of the formulation has a considerably longer duration of action—tadalafil can support erectile function for up to 36 hours.
Always follow the specific dosing and timing instructions provided with your prescription.
8. Who might want to discuss Olympus Peak with their provider?
Olympus Peak may be worth asking about if you're interested in an option that goes beyond a traditional single-ingredient ED medication, particularly if sildenafil or another ED treatment hasn't provided the experience you were hoping for.
A licensed provider can determine whether Olympus Peak is an appropriate option for you.
