Shipping/Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Methods:
We offer shipping services for compounded programs to addresses within the United States only. The compounding pharmacies in our network, utilize Fed-Ex or UPS. The shipping carrier will depend on the pharmacy that your prescriptions are being filled with. The pharmacy depends on the patient's state of residence/shipping. The pharmacies cannot ship to PO boxes or APO's. The shipping carriers are already pre-selected for you based on shipping volumes with each pharmacy.
2. Processing Time:
Prescription requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and any additional verification required.
3. Shipping Time:
Once your prescription request has been processed, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process, and you will receive an email with tracking information once shipped that will have your estimated date of delivery. There are 4 shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping, 2-Day shipping, Overnight Shipping, and Overnight Cold shipping. Some of the programs come with medications that require refrigeration during shipment. Those programs will only have one shipping option at checkout which is Overnight Cold Shipping.
4. Delivery Confirmation:
Once your prescription request has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the expected arrival date.
5. Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for prescription requests shipped to incorrect addresses due to inaccuracies provided by the patient.
6. Signature Requirement:
For certain high-value prescription requests or at our discretion, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your package. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the provided address. You will be informed should your prescription request be sent via signature required.
7. Shipping Restrictions:
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipping of compounded medications. Please note that certain restrictions may apply based on your location, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
8. Shipping Disputes:
In the event of any issues or disputes regarding shipping, including lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer support team promptly for assistance. We will work diligently to resolve any shipping-related concerns to your satisfaction.
9. International Shipping:
We only offer shipping services within the United States, we do not ship internationally.
10. Shipping Holidays:
Please note that shipping services may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control. During such times, there may be delays in processing and delivery, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. You will be notified of any delays over 5 business days via email.
11. Policy Updates:
We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and it is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
