Meet Our Team

At Invyncible, we’re more than a telemedicine company. We’re a close-knit team focused on making care feel more personal, supportive, and human.

Dina Elftmann

Dina Elftmann is the founder of Invyncible and has spent more than a decade helping make wellness and telemedicine support feel more approachable, transparent, and human.

After taking ownership of the business in 2015, Dina focused on building a company that treats patients like actual people — not just numbers on a screen. She understands firsthand how difficult it can be to build healthier habits and stay consistent while balancing real life, stress, work, and everything in between. That understanding continues to shape the patient experience at Invyncible today.

While many larger companies continue moving toward automation and corporate systems, Dina has always cared more about maintaining a close-knit, supportive environment for both patients and her team. Many of the people behind Invyncible are close friends and family, and she believes that when a team feels genuinely cared for, patients naturally feel that too.

She’s constantly researching, testing new ideas, and looking for ways to improve the patient experience — usually while juggling 15 other projects at the same time and learning that your 40s come with a whole new set of surprises.

When she’s not working, Dina spends her time gardening, hanging out with her dogs and goats, traveling, building random projects for her animals, and occasionally learning important life lessons about why maybe not every tractor project needs to become a construction site.

Friends and family know her for her sarcastic sense of humor, big heart, and ability to somehow turn both business ideas and goat-related chaos into full-time hobbies.

Today, Dina continues leading Invyncible with a focus on innovation, patient experience, and creating a company that feels supportive, personal, and real.

Nick Rauseo
Lead Operations

Nick Rauseo

Nick leads operations at Invyncible and brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, leadership, and business strategy to the team. Before joining Invyncible, he spent years in the banking industry, including serving as a bank manager for Wells Fargo.

Like many patients, Nick’s connection to wellness became personal. After struggling with weight for years, he began his own health journey with HCG and later GLP-1 support, ultimately losing more than 50 pounds and maintaining his results through healthier habits and a better relationship with food. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges many patients face and strengthened his passion for helping others feel healthier, more confident, and more in control of their lives.

At Invyncible, Nick plays a major role in the company’s growth, operations, and patient experience. He’s known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and having the kind of memory where he somehow remembers what everyone ordered at dinner in 2009, what was discussed, and probably what shirt you were wearing too.

When he’s not working, Nick is golfing. If he’s not golfing, he’s probably thinking about golfing, watching golf, shopping for golf equipment, or trying to convince someone else to golf.

Somewhere along the way, his wife Nicole accidentally became part of the Invyncible team despite never officially applying for the job, and somehow has still never questioned why she doesn’t receive a paycheck.

While we’re all glad Nick chose to bring his talents to Invyncible instead of pursuing life as a professional golfer, his dedication, leadership, and genuine passion for helping people continue to make a lasting impact on both the company and the patients we serve.

Nikki Elftmann
Patient Support

Nikki Elftmann

Nikki is part of the patient support team at Invyncible and brings more than 25 years of customer support experience, compassion, and genuine care to the company. As the sister of Invyncible’s founder, taking care of others has always been part of who she is — both inside and outside of work.

As a mom of three, Nikki understands firsthand how easy it is to put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own. Between kids, family, busy schedules, and everyday life, she knows the constant balancing act many patients experience because she lives it too. Her caring nature and ability to deeply empathize with others make patients feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely supported during their journey.

Patients quickly learn that Nikki is all heart. She’s the kind of person who feels things deeply, cries during happy moments, worries about everyone around her, and naturally steps into the caretaker role wherever she goes. She genuinely wants people to feel better, happier, healthier, and less alone.

Outside of work, Nikki spends her time reading enough books to probably qualify for a second full-time job, shopping for even more books she swears she’ll eventually get to, refurbishing old furniture, trying whatever new craft trend currently exists, and supporting her sister’s latest goat-related ideas whether they make sense or not.

She also loves cooking, baking, spending time with her fiancé and children, making custom tumblers, sipping wine with her neighborhood mom group, and occasionally yelling for one of her teenagers from another room like it’s a full-time job.

With her compassion, warmth, and huge heart, Nikki helps bring the family atmosphere of Invyncible to life every single day.

Caterina Bavaro
Patient Support

Caterina Bavaro

Caterina has been part of the Invyncible team since 2017 and has become a familiar voice and steady source of comfort for many of our patients over the years. Before joining the company, she worked in urology, where she developed the compassion, patience, and problem-solving skills that continue to make her such an important part of the patient experience today.

Although Dina and Caterina went to high school together, they didn’t become truly close until working side by side at Invyncible. Over the years, their friendship grew through long days, stressful moments, and a shared passion for helping people feel cared for and supported.

Caterina has been Dina’s right-hand person since the day she started. She somehow always knows what needs to be done before anyone else does and has stood beside her through every high and low that comes with building a company. Patients and coworkers quickly notice her calm voice, gentle personality, and deeply caring heart. She loves hard, worries deeply about others, and genuinely carries patient concerns with her until they’re resolved.

She’s the kind of person who says “Drive safe” before hanging up the phone, cries during happy moments, and stresses herself out making sure everyone around her is okay. Her empathy is one of the biggest reasons patients feel so comfortable talking to her.

Outside of work, Caterina loves spending time with her big loud Italian family, hosting dinners, crafting, painting, reading, and attempting to binge tv shows before falling asleep almost immediately. She also enjoys hosting craft nights with friends, making espresso martinis, and cooking meals that look professionally catered and then saying “I just threw this together."

Whether she’s helping patients, supporting her team, or taking care of the people she loves, Caterina brings warmth, loyalty, empathy, and heart into everything she does — and helps make Invyncible feel like family.

Madison Geyer
Registered Nurse

Madison Geyer

Meet Madison, our Registered Nurse at Invyncible. From the moment we met her, we knew she was the perfect fit for our team. She has one of those calming personalities that immediately makes people feel comfortable, heard, and cared for — which is exactly the kind of experience we want our patients to have.

Before joining Invyncible, Madison spent years working in emergency care, cardiac nursing, IV therapy, and telehealth. Her background gave her experience handling high-pressure situations and caring for patients through some of the most stressful and uncertain moments of their lives. Along the way, she became known not only for her clinical knowledge, but for the genuine compassion and patience she brings to every interaction.

What makes Madison so special is that she never approaches people like they’re “just another patient.” She understands how overwhelming health concerns can feel, and she has a gift for explaining things in a way that makes people feel calmer, more confident, and less alone. Whether she’s helping answer questions, reviewing concerns, or supporting patients through their wellness journey, her heart always leads the way.

Like many nurses, Madison spent years working long hours in fast-paced environments where burnout can easily take over. One of the things we love most is being able to give someone with her level of talent and compassion the opportunity to work in a calmer, more balanced environment — allowing her to focus on what she truly loves most: helping people.

Outside of work, Madison is a huge animal lover and absolutely obsessed with her two labs, who basically run her household. She even bought a house with a yard and pool just so they could live their best lives. Her dream is to someday retire on a ranch surrounded by animals, peace, and quiet — which honestly feels very on-brand for her personality. Madison is adding a new member to our Invyncible family. Baby Maverick coming soon!

She’s kind, calming, incredibly thoughtful, and the type of nurse patients instantly trust. We feel incredibly lucky that she chose Invyncible, and we know our patients feel the same way after talking with her.
