Olympus Peak Max
✓ More than erection support. A 3-in-1 formula combining tadalafil with PT-141 and a higher amount of oxytocin.
Olympus Peak Max combines bremelanotide (PT-141), oxytocin and tadalafil in one rapid-dissolve tablet. It contains 40 IU of oxytocin compared with 20 IU in Olympus Peak, while the PT-141 and tadalafil strengths remain the same.
What Makes Olympus Peak Max Different?
Traditional ED medications primarily address blood flow. Olympus Peak Max combines tadalafil's established erectile support with PT-141 and oxytocin—ingredients that have also been studied in other areas of male sexual response.
The key difference between Olympus Peak and Olympus Peak Max is oxytocin. Peak Max contains twice the amount, providing a higher-oxytocin formulation for providers to consider based on a patient's individual treatment goals.
A higher amount does not guarantee a greater effect, and your provider will determine which formulation is appropriate.
Three Ingredients. Three Different Parts of the Sexual Experience.
Bremelanotide (PT-141) — Sexual Response & Erections
Bremelanotide, commonly called PT-141, is a peptide that works differently from traditional ED medications.
Rather than primarily targeting blood flow, PT-141 activates melanocortin receptors within the central nervous system involved in sexual response.
Clinical research in men has demonstrated measurable erectile responses with PT-141, including research involving men who had not responded adequately to sildenafil.
Oxytocin — Potential Orgasm & Satisfaction Support
Oxytocin is a naturally occurring hormone released during sexual activity and orgasm.
Human research has associated oxytocin with increased orgasm intensity, greater contentment after sex and greater sexual satiety in men.
Olympus Peak Max contains 40 IU of oxytocin versus 20 IU in Olympus Peak, making oxytocin the defining difference between the two formulations.
Research into oxytocin and male sexual wellness remains limited, but studies examining its potential role in orgasm and sexual satisfaction make it an interesting area of sexual-health research.
Tadalafil — Established Erection Support
Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction.
It increases blood flow to the penis, helping improve the ability to get and maintain an erection during sexual activity.
Its effects may last for up to 36 hours, providing an extended window of erectile support.
When to Take Olympus Peak Max
Olympus Peak Max is designed for as-needed use before sexual activity. The rapid-dissolve tablet is placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve.

Side Effects
Potential side effects associated with the individual ingredients may include nausea, flushing, headache, dizziness, nasal congestion, indigestion, back or muscle pain, changes in blood pressure or heart rate and vision changes.
Bremelanotide may also cause hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin or gums) in some patients.
Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting longer than 4 hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain or other serious symptoms.
⚠️ Because Olympus Peak Max contains tadalafil, it must not be used with nitrate medications such as nitroglycerin, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Important
Olympus Peak Max is a compounded prescription medication containing bremelanotide (PT-141), oxytocin and tadalafil. This combined formulation has not been approved by the FDA or evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Bremelanotide is not FDA-approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. Individual results may vary.

Frequently Asked Questions about Olympus Peak Max
1. What’s the difference between Olympus Peak and Olympus Peak Max?
Both contain PT-141 (bremelanotide), oxytocin and tadalafil. Olympus Peak Max simply contains a higher amount of oxytocin.
The higher-oxytocin formulation gives providers another option when considering a patient’s individual treatment goals. Your provider determines which strength is appropriate.
2. Why is oxytocin included in a men’s sexual wellness treatment?
Oxytocin isn’t only about bonding. It’s naturally involved in the body’s sexual response and is released during sexual activity and orgasm.
Human research has associated oxytocin with increased orgasm intensity, greater contentment after sex and greater sexual satiety in men.
Research is still limited, but these findings have made oxytocin an interesting area of study in male sexual wellness.
3. Could Olympus Peak Max support stronger orgasms?
Potentially. Oxytocin has been studied for its role in the orgasmic experience, and human research has associated it with increased orgasm intensity and post-sex satisfaction.
Olympus Peak Max contains 40 IU of oxytocin, compared with 20 IU in Olympus Peak. Individual response can vary, and a higher oxytocin dose does not guarantee a stronger orgasm.
4. What does PT-141 add that tadalafil doesn’t?
They work very differently.
Tadalafil primarily supports the physical erection process by increasing penile blood flow.
PT-141 works through melanocortin receptors in the central nervous system and has produced measurable erectile responses in clinical research involving men.
Olympus Peak Max therefore combines a traditional blood-flow-based ED medication with an ingredient that has been studied through a very different mechanism.
5. What if Viagra® or Cialis® isn’t giving me the sexual experience I want?
An erection isn’t necessarily the entire sexual experience.
If sildenafil or tadalafil helps with erection firmness but you’re still interested in other aspects of sexual response or orgasm, it may be worth discussing other options with your provider.
Olympus Peak Max combines tadalafil for established erection support, PT-141 studied for male erectile response, and oxytocin studied for its potential role in orgasm and sexual satisfaction.
6. Will Olympus Peak Max cause an automatic erection?
No. The tadalafil component supports the body’s natural erectile response during sexual activity. Olympus Peak Max isn’t intended to leave you with a constant or uncontrolled erection.
An erection lasting longer than 4 hours is not normal and requires immediate medical attention.
7. Why does Olympus Peak Max cost more than traditional ED medication?
Generic sildenafil and tadalafil are widely available single-ingredient medications.
Olympus Peak Max is a customized compounded formulation containing three active ingredients—PT-141, oxytocin and tadalafil—in one rapid-dissolve tablet.
So you’re comparing a three-ingredient compounded formulation with inexpensive, mass-produced single-ingredient generic medications.
8. Can your brain affect how well ED medication works?
Yes. Erections aren’t controlled by blood flow alone. Sexual stimulation begins in the brain, which sends signals that help trigger the physical processes involved in an erection.
Traditional ED medications such as sildenafil and tadalafil primarily support the blood-flow side of that process. PT-141 works differently, acting on melanocortin receptors within the central nervous system involved in sexual response.
That doesn’t mean ED is “all in your head.” The brain is a normal part of the biological process behind sexual response and erections.
That’s one reason PT-141 is interesting—it approaches sexual response from a different direction than traditional ED medications.
