Invyncible offers access to tirzepatide compounded with glycine and methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) through licensed telemedicine providers. This formulation combines tirzepatide with supportive amino acid and nutrient components that may assist in energy metabolism and overall wellness.

We do not compound or dispense medications. Prescriptions are provided only after a licensed provider consultation and are filled by independent compounding pharmacies.

Tirzepatide is a GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist that helps regulate appetite, digestion, and blood sugar levels. Glycine is a naturally occurring amino acid involved in tissue repair and metabolism, while vitamin B12 supports energy production and red-blood-cell function.
