Invyncible offers access to Tirzepatide compounded with vitamin B3 through licensed telemedicine providers. This version combines Tirzepatide with B3 (niacinamide), a supportive nutrient involved in cellular energy and metabolic function. The program is designed to provide clear structure and consistent dosing throughout treatment.

We do not compound or dispense medications. Prescriptions are provided only after a licensed provider consultation and are filled by independent compounding pharmacies.
