Frequently Asked Questions about Sema/B12 Plus Program
Why are there different program sizes?
These vial sizes represent different stages of care. Smaller vials are often used at the beginning of treatment, while larger vials may be used for ongoing therapy. How long each vial lasts depends on your prescribed dose, which is always detailed in the instructions included with your medication.
Do I pick my own dosage or program?
No. The options shown above reflect common treatment pathways and are listed for clarity. A licensed provider reviews your health history and confirms the appropriate program before a prescription is issued.
How do I start the Semaglutide?
Every program at Invyncible begins with an intake and consultation with a licensed provider. During that process, your health history is reviewed, and your provider determines whether semaglutide is appropriate for you. If prescribed, your medication is filled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped with instructions.

What is the dosage I should Take?
Your provider will confirm your exact dosage during your consultation and the instructions with your prescription are always the final guidance. To give you a sense of how treatment is typically structured, semaglutide programs often follow staged increases like this:
- Program 1: ~0.50mg weekly / 2.5mg vial → may last about 5 weeks
- Program 2: ~1.0mg weekly / 5mg vial → may last about 5 weeks
- Program 3: ~2.4mg weekly / 10mg vial → may last about 4 weeks
These examples are provided for clarity, so you understand how vial size, dose, and duration are connected. Your actual plan may differ and will always be set by your provider.
How do I store Semaglutide?
Semaglutide should be kept refrigerated at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C), in its original packaging, and protected from light. Do not freeze it. If you have questions about storage or if your medication has been exposed to unusual temperatures, consult your provider or pharmacist for guidance.
Semaglutide is cold shipped, what happens if I get my package and the ice is melted?
According to our partner pharmacies, compounded medications undergo high-temperature processes during preparation. This means that melted ice packs during normal shipping (up to 7 days in transit) do not affect potency. However, extended exposure to extreme heat after delivery — such as being left in a hot car above 150°F for several days — may reduce effectiveness.
If your package arrives warm or you have concerns about storage conditions, place the medication in the refrigerator right away and contact your provider or the dispensing pharmacy for additional guidance.
How do I administer properly administer Semaglutide Injections?
Your prescription includes clear instructions from the pharmacy on how to administer a subcutaneous (sub-q) injection. You can also visit [this page] for step-by-step guidance. If you have any questions about giving yourself the injection, contact your provider or pharmacy for support.
What comes with this program?
Your program includes:
- A consultation with a licensed telemedicine provider
- A personalized prescription plan
- All injection supplies (syringes, needles, alcohol pads)
- Educational resources to guide your treatment
What kind of weight loss should I expect?
Results vary. Clinical studies of GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide, have shown meaningful weight loss for many patients when combined with healthy lifestyle changes. Some patients may notice changes within the first month, while for others it may take longer. Your provider will monitor your progress and adjust your plan if needed.
