This innovative program offers a multifaceted approach to weight loss and overall wellness. Semaglutide, a potent GLP-1 receptor agonist, works synergistically with vitamin B12 to enhance metabolic functions and support sustainable weight loss goals.
Benefits of using Semaglutide with B12 injections include:
Enhanced Weight Loss: Semaglutide aids in appetite suppression and promotes feelings of fullness, helping individuals consume fewer calories and achieve significant weight loss over time. The addition of vitamin B12 further boosts energy levels and metabolism, facilitating greater fat burning and weight management.
Improved Blood Sugar Control: Semaglutide helps regulate blood sugar levels by stimulating insulin secretion and inhibiting glucagon release, leading to better glycemic control. This can benefit individuals with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes by reducing the risk of complications associated with uncontrolled blood sugar levels.
Increased Energy and Vitality: Vitamin B12 plays a crucial role in energy metabolism, supporting the body's natural energy production processes. By incorporating B12 injections into the program, individuals may experience increased energy levels, improved mood, and enhanced overall vitality, contributing to a more active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Cardiovascular Health: Both Semaglutide and vitamin B12 have been associated with potential cardiovascular benefits, such as lowering blood pressure and improving lipid profiles. This can have positive implications for heart health and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, including heart attack and stroke.
Conditions and diagnoses that Semaglutide with B12 injections may help treat include:
Obesity and Overweight: Semaglutide with B12 injections can aid individuals in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, reducing the risk of obesity-related complications such as heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers.
Pre-diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes: The combination of Semaglutide and B12 injections can improve glycemic control and insulin sensitivity, making it beneficial for individuals with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes seeking weight loss and better blood sugar management.
Metabolic Syndrome: Semaglutide with B12 injections may help address metabolic syndrome, a cluster of conditions including obesity, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, and abnormal lipid levels, which significantly increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

Potential side effects associated with using Semaglutide with B12 Injections:
- Nausea: Some individuals may experience nausea, particularly during the initial stages of treatment with Semaglutide. This side effect typically diminishes over time but can be managed by taking the medication with food or adjusting the dosage under medical supervision.
- Vomiting: Vomiting may occur in some individuals, especially when initiating treatment with Semaglutide. It's essential to stay hydrated and consult a healthcare provider if vomiting persists or becomes severe.
- Diarrhea: Semaglutide may cause diarrhea in some individuals, which can lead to dehydration if not managed properly. It's crucial to maintain adequate fluid intake and discuss any persistent symptoms with a healthcare provider.
- Hypoglycemia: Low blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia) can occur, especially when Semaglutide is used in combination with other glucose-lowering medications. Symptoms of hypoglycemia include shakiness, dizziness, sweating, and confusion. Regular monitoring of blood sugar levels is essential, and individuals should seek medical attention if hypoglycemia occurs.
- Injection Site Reactions: Some individuals may experience redness, itching, or swelling at the injection site. These reactions are usually mild and resolve on their own. Rotating injection sites and proper injection technique can help minimize discomfort.
- Gastrointestinal Disturbances: Other gastrointestinal side effects such as constipation, abdominal pain, or flatulence may occur. These symptoms are typically mild to moderate in severity and tend to improve over time.
- Pancreatitis: Rarely, Semaglutide may increase the risk of pancreatitis, a potentially serious inflammation of the pancreas. Symptoms include severe abdominal pain that may radiate to the back, nausea, and vomiting. Immediate medical attention is necessary if pancreatitis is suspected.
- Thyroid Tumors: Semaglutide has been associated with an increased risk of thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents. While this risk has not been conclusively established in humans, individuals with a history of thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2) should use Semaglutide with caution and under medical supervision.
It's essential to discuss any concerns or potential side effects with a healthcare provider before starting Semaglutide with B12 Injections. Additionally, individuals should seek medical attention if they experience any severe or persistent side effects while using this medication.

How do I store Semaglutide?
Typically, it is recommended to store Semaglutide in the refrigerator at a temperature between 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C). Additionally, Semaglutide should be kept in its original packaging and protected from light. Avoid freezing Semaglutide, and if accidentally frozen, it should not be used. If there are any questions or concerns about the storage of Semaglutide, individuals should consult with their healthcare provider or pharmacist for guidance.
Semaglutide is cold shipped, what happens if I get my package and the ice is melted?
Our partner pharmacies have clarified that compounds undergo extreme temperatures during the compounding process. While this process ensures potency, extended exposure to extreme heat post-compounding (e.g., in a hot car exceeding 150 degrees Fahrenheit for over 7 days) may reduce potency. If ice packs are melted upon arrival within the 7-day transit period, there's no need for concern as long as your order meets the allowable time frame.
How do I administer properly administer Semaglutide Injections?
Please visit our page here, to view instructions on how to properly administer a subcutaneous, (sub-q), injection.

Why is this different than hCG?
Semaglutide is a once a week injection and does not require a strict diet.
What kind of weight loss should I expect?
Patients report with the capsules you are more likely to see a bigger loss going into week 3. With the injections, patients have reported some loss the first week or midway into the 2nd week. By weeks 3 and 4 most patients report another substantial drop in weight as well as losing inches. We have encouraged patients to do measurements at the start of the program as well as recording a starting weight. All patients are different, so results can and will vary.
Can I take hCG while on it?
HCG requires a 500 Calorie intake daily, while Semaglutide requires a minimum caloric intake of 1200. To stay on the side of caution, our physicians have advised against it since there is no information on how the two would interact.
Can I take NAD+, B12, Glutathione or LIPO while on it?
The answer is yes! The NAD+ and LIPO Programs are a great compliment to the Semaglutide Program. Neither requires a Low-Calorie Diet so it is fine paired with a 1200-1800 Calorie Diet, perfect for Semaglutide. The NAD+ and LIPO will both help initiate fat metabolization. NAD+ is also a wonderful source of energy, encouraging us to get our bodies moving more. When it comes to B12, Invyncible actually offers a Semaglutide Program that has B12 in it. Is there a diet required while taking Semaglutide?
You don't necessarily need to engage in caloric restriction to achieve weight loss results. It's encouraged to aim for a daily intake of at least 1200-1800 calories. Patients have noted that prolonged low caloric intake can lead to weight loss plateaus, especially if refined carbohydrates are consumed excessively. The most significant weight loss outcomes have been reported by patients adopting a healthier lifestyle while on Semaglutide. We still advocate for a dietary regimen rich in lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables, along with complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, sweet potatoes, and quinoa. It's important to avoid refined or processed foods and anything containing added sugars. Always remember to drink plenty of water while on any of our medications.

Capsules vs. Injections
Your willingness to commit to either a 3 times per week oral medication or a once weekly injection regimen significantly influences your treatment approach.
If you have a strong preference for one method over the other, opting for the preferred form may enhance adherence and ensure consistency in reaping the benefits.
However, in the absence of a strong preference, other medical considerations and individual circumstances will inform the decision-making process. As with any treatment plan, it's crucial to diligently follow recommendations for optimal results. Please click here to find out more information about the different routes of administration.
What's the proper way to get rid of the needles and vial after use?
After you've finished with your injections, make sure to dispose of any used items, like the empty vial and needles. Be careful when disposing of needles to avoid any accidents. Ensure they're fully inside the bin and not sticking out. Once the sharps bin is full, research your local rules on how to dispose. A lot of times this can be done through your local pharmacy. To properly dispose of empty vials, ensure they are completely sealed to prevent any leaking. Place the empty vials and bottles into your household trash. If you want to conceal the label information, use a wide permanent marker or pen to cover your personal information.
